🛒 Order & Payment

🚚 Shipping

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen issues.

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns/exchanges accepted only within 5 days of delivery.

  • Valid Only for Damaged Items: Only broken or damaged items qualify for exchange.

  • Proof Required: You must provide clear images or videos, preferably taken during unboxing.

  • No Return Needed: You can keep the damaged item.

  • One-Time Exchange: Only one replacement will be issued per order.

  • Partial Refund: We also offer a small partial refund to compensate for any inconvenience.

Not eligible for return/exchange if:

  • More than 5 days have passed since delivery.

  • No valid photo/video proof is provided.

  • Damage is due to customer mishandling or misuse.

To request an exchange, contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Damage images/video

  • Delivery date and issue details

❌ Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • For cancellations before shipping, contact us as soon as possible.
